Ruth Fordyce

Ruth works with older children (aged 8-12), adolescents, adults and families. In her work, Ruth’s areas of interest include assisting clients who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, loss and transitions, as well as supporting people through the impact of trauma or family concerns. Further, Ruth has a keen interest in supporting prenatal and postnatal wellbeing and mental health.
Therapeutically, Ruth works with a range of therapies, including CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness and solution-focused approaches. She values seeking feedback from clients to ensure they are progressing towards their intended goals.
