Charlotte is a warm and compassionate psychologist who enjoys working with clients of all ages. She has experience supporting clients with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression and stress. She uses evidence-based therapies, with experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Charlotte takes a person-centred, empathic and collaborative approach, empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals.
