Nicholas is a dedicated provisional psychologist who works with clients across all age groups, supporting individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, low mood, stress, and life transitions. He values evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and draws carefully on established psychological research to guide his work. Nicholas takes a collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy, recognising that each person’s experiences are unique and tailoring care to suit the individual. He works alongside clients to identify goals and develop practical skills that support meaningful and lasting change.
