Mim is a warm and dedicated provisional psychologist who is passionate about supporting people of all ages and backgrounds. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), she supports individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. Mim approaches each person with kindness and genuine curiosity, taking care to understand their unique experiences and tailor her work accordingly. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight and practical skills that support progress toward their goals. Mim also has a keen interest in cognitive assessment and enjoys both learning and conducting psychological testing. She works under supervision and is deeply committed to growing as a thoughtful and skilled clinician.
