Therapy for adults, adolescents and children
We offer evidence-based psychological support tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. Our team of registered psychologists work with children, adolescents, adults and couples to explore challenges, build insight and support change.
Support may be short-term or ongoing and therapy is delivered in a warm, respectful and collaborative manner.

-
It depends on your needs. Many people have around 6 sessions, but some may need more or fewer. We’ll decide this together.
-
Yes. We offer telehealth (video or phone) appointments where suitable. This can be a great option for people who live regionally, have limited mobility, or prefer the comfort of home.

Fees vary depending on the type of service, length of session, and whether you're eligible for rebates. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, Medicare may rebate part of the session cost for eligible services. Some private health funds also offer rebates. Our team can provide a full fee schedule and discuss the best option for your needs.
