Karen joined the team as Practice Manager in 2024. She has a Bachelor degree in social science (Psychology) and a Masters in Child and Adolescent Welfare. She has previously run her own business and has over 20 years of management experience in the community services sector. Karen leads the administration team and supports the Clinicians to ensure smooth running of the practice.

Gracie has been employed by Health in Mind since April 2024, she has a Bachelors of Psychology and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychology and came to Health in Mind following a stint as a carpentry apprentice. She is a volunteer counsellor with Lifeline Central West. Gracie loves having a chat with our clients. 

Liz joined the admin team in April 2025 and is identifiable by her sense of style and bright colours. She has a passion for all types of tea and works part time with her husband in their painting business. Liz has qualifications in business operations, administration and financial services and is our volunteer social events planner.

Jodi joined our admin team in April 2025 and along with being our receptionist, she is a professional photographer responsible for our team photos. She has a small photography business and is creative, with an eye for colour. She enjoys working with the team and loves to run the youth group at church on a Friday night.

Jessica is the newest member of our administration team and you will see her in the office on Fridays and on a casual basis providing exceptional service to our clients. Jess is currently undertaking university study in Social Work and is a valuable member of our admin team.
